  1. How to practice Vipassna insight meditation
    When we apply mindfulness we need to realize as follow: Neither apply mindfulness on the past nor future objects cos the past objects have already passed away and the future objects not still appear.Do not create anything as the meditation objects and Do not reject any objects which appear in the present.Apply mindfulness on the current situation of physical and mental process in any position involved by noting individually.
    Taking insight meditation in Four Main Positions:
    1>Standing Position:Keep your body straightly in standing position and look front side of your area about two meter.After that focus your mind on your standing position from head to bottom of your foot and start taking inside meditation by noting;standing,standing,etc: steadily.If there is touching consciousness occur in the touching point which is the bottom of your foot,you have to note in your mind;touching,touching,etc.Also you can note any feeling which appear in your mind such as pain, tired, overheating, disappointing,pleasantness, confusion.etc.these emotional states must be observed by noting those feeling.Then you can change your position without any loss of note.
    2>Walking Position:Keep your body straightly in standing position and put your hands together behind your back side by hanging with your fingers one by one.Than look front side of your area about two meter and concentrate your mind on your standing position in a note and start walking step by step with concentration by noting;walking,walking,etc;steadily.After about 20 meter length,you should stop and keep your mind on your standing position by noting standing,standing after that turn back by noting;turning,turning than you have to walk again.If you want to sit down,you can change your position by noting;changing,changing,etc;carefully.
    3>Sitting Position:Keep your body upright and supported by the buttocks&legs.Put your palms of hands lapping or on your kneels after that concentrate your mind on your sitting position from head to the bottom of your hip and start note in your mind;sitting,sitting, etc.If there is touching consciousness appear in the touching point which is the bottom of your hip,also you have to note in your mind;touching,touching.If you feel hard,pain,tired,hot,dis pair,pleasant,clear,enjoyment,etc;,also you have to note in your mind those feeling.When you feel pain hardly,you can change your position with concentration by noting;changing,changing,etc;steadily.if you want to walk,you can change your position without any loss of note.
    4>Lying Down Position:Keep your body lying down position and concentrate your mind on your lying down position from head to toe.After that you can note in your mind;lying down,lying down,etc.You can tun your body with concentration.you have to note in your mind up to asleep(before you sleep).
    *Taking insight meditation in six points of organs
    -Dependent on the eye (retina)connecting with the visible thing there arise consciousness and feeling at the eye.So focus(concentrate) your mind on connecting point of the eye involved by noting seeing,seeing,etc.
    -Dependent on the ear(eardrum) connecting with sounds there arise consciousness and feeling at the ear.So focus your mind on connecting point of the ear involved by the noting hearing,hearing,etc.
    -Dependent on the nose (respiratory epithelium) connecting with smell there arise consciousness and feeling at the nose.So focus your mind on connecting point of the nose involved by noting smelling,smelling,etc.
    -Dependent on the tongue(taste buds) connecting with flavors(taste) there arise consciousness and feeling at the tongue.So focus your mind on connecting point of the tongue involved by noting tasting,tasting,etc.
    -Dependent on the body connecting with tactile sensations there arise consciousness and feeling at the body.So focus your mind on connecting point of the body involved by noting touching,touching,etc.
    -Dependent on the heart(intellect) connecting with idea(or)thought there arise consciousness and feeling at the heart(intellect).So focus your mind on connecting point of heart involved by noting thinking,thinking,etc.
    We are applying mindfulness face with the elementary of the dual process of physical and mental phenomena to understand and realize those of individual characteristic. Then we become mature and we could apply mindfulness on the physical and mental process all the time and clearly understand those of related cause and effect.After that enlightenment of vipassna wisdom appear by focusing our mind on current dual process of physical and mental phenomena which are arising and passing away each after another as their universal characteristic of impermanence evidently.
    Three kinds of kilesa: Anusaya kilesa,pariyutthana kilesa,vitikkama kilesa
    The term of anusaya is usually translated as proclivity,inclination, the persistence of dormant,latent disposition,latent tendency or positive stage which is subtle defilement.But actually, if we are not applying mindfulness and lacking in wisdom on the current dual process of physical and mental phenomena there chance to arise active stage of defilements (pariyutthana),as delusion,ignorance(moha),craving,lust,greed,attachment,desire(loba), aversion,anger,hatred,ill-will(dosa),false view(ditthi),etc and all these phenomena are over-exertion,outburst stage of defilements(arising up) conditioned by anusaya.When it becomes stronger and goes beyond the stage of pariyutthana the defilement will reach the stage of transgression,(vitikkama),which will involve physical or vocal actions.
    There are seven chances to arise active stage of defilements they are(1)the chance to arise active stage of sensual lust,(2)the chance to arise active stage of aversion,(3)the chance to arise active stage of conceit,(4)the chance to arise active stage of views,(5)the chance to arise active stage of doubt,(6)the chance to arise active stage of lust for becoming,(7)the chance to arise active stage of ignorance.
    Both ignorance(avijja) and craving (tanha)are evil roots.So we need to get rid of those evil roots.we can exterminate the chance to arise ignorance( avija anusaya) by applying mindfulness and vipassna wisdom on the dual process of physical and mental phenomena.The ignorance is eliminated by vipassna wisdom and false view is eliminated by right understanding.There will not arise craving or attachment(tahna) and no condition to arise any suffering(dukkha).By this way we can get rid of suffering(dukkha) and cause of suffering(tahna).

Sudda Vipassna Meditation

Here are some explaination of concerning the suffering and cause of suffering.There are full of suffering in our life.they are one’s in his mother womb,old age ,decay,death,dissociation from the pleasure , association with unpleasing and no perfect(attaining) what one’s desires,In brief,five aggregate of physical and mental phenomena ( for example;the physical sensitive element of the eye,eye sense object,connection,consciousness and feeling) If we want to get rid of suffering,we need to find out the cause of suffering.In this case,attachment or craving (Thana in pali)is the cause of suffering.Thana for other words are greed,lust,desire,craving and the like.The cause of craving is wrong view (false view) of a soul,a self , a person as atta-ditthi.The cause of false view is ignorance( avijja in pali)of the natural processes of mentality and physicality. Avijja or moha is nature hiding the right view or path.Ignorance is leading all defilements.It has an inability to make right understanding of the four noble truths which are dukha sacca , samudaya sacca ,niroda sacca and magga sacca .Dukha sacca is the suffering in our life . Samudaya sacca is the cause of suffering which is a true fact our life.Niroda sacca is the cessation of suffering and cause of suffering .Magga sacca is the way leading to the cessation of suffering and cause of suffering.
Thus by practising unremitting application of mindfulness on dual process of physical and mental phenomena,we can have vipassana wisdom, i.e the right path and fruition by viewing physical and mental phenomena in the right of their three characteristics such as impermanence, suffering and non-self(anicca,dukkha ,anatta in ipal),then we can exterminate ignorance.Ignorance is eliminated,there will not arise any false views of a soul,a self,a person.False views eliminated by right understanding,there will not arise any attachment or craving at all.Craving is eliminated,there will not arise any suffering.Finally we reach a stage in which all kinds of suffering cease to exist-the cessation of suffering Nirodai is attained.
So we can make decision that right understanding is leading to appear wisdom.Just we need to apply notice or mindfulness on our body process,feeling,consciousness and mind objects.When we apply mindfulness by noting on process of physical and mental phenomena,we do not need to choose any dual process as the object of meditation.Just we try to focus the mind on the current process of physical and mental phenomena.We should be aware of all the actions or movements,consciousness,feeling involved by noting.Noting can lead the mind to the object of meditation closely and precisely.It also helpful for us to focus our mind on the dual process.when the mind is deeply concentrated on the dual process,all the defilement such as lust,greed,hatreds,desire ,conceit,ignorance,anger,laziness and so on are keep away from the mind.When the mind is free from all defilement,we feel calm,tranquil and peaceful.Also it come to realise the nature of dual process.We do not take them to be a person,a being, a soul or self.Then there will not arise any false concept of personality.When the false concept has been eliminated,there will not arise any craving which is the cause of suffering.The processes of physical and mental phenomenas are become clear a series of arising and passing away one after another.Then we realise that no process is permanent or everlasting .Every dual process is impermanence arising and passing away very swiftly. We realise process of physical and mental phenomena in the light of their three characteristics( i.e annica,dukkha,anatta)Then we practise elaborately all the stages of insight knowledge of dual processes one after another.Finally we can reach the last stage.He attained enlightenment of the first path,sotapatti-magga.As the result ,attachment,which is the cause of suffering ,is eliminated and he has reached the stage in which suffering ceases to exist.By this way,we can escape from the suffering.This method is very useful for us because we can practise to attain both concentration and wisdom.
Herewith my suggestion that you have to relax your mind and body free from any constraint before you taking insight meditation.After that mindfulness on physical and mental process by noting normally,focus your mind hold on your body in any position and six points of main organ bases when there are processes of physical and mental phenomena appear,individually.
There are six main points of organ system bases which are eye,ear,nose,tongue,body and heart.There are also four main positions which are standing,sitting,walking and lying down.

So we take insight vipassana meditation on any action of the fundamental of physical phenomena and mental phenomena process and those of related cause and effect.When we practice Vipassna insight meditation,time- limit is not necessary.Just we need to apply mindfulness on current dual process of physical and mental phenomena in any position involved by noting unremittingly as much as we can.We are applying mindfulness face with the elementary of the dual process of physical and mental phenomena to understand and realize those of individual characteristic. Then we become mature and we could apply mindfulness on the physical and mental process all the time and clearly understand those of related cause and effect.After that enlightenment of vipassna wisdom appear by focusing our mind on current dual process of physical and mental phenomena which are arising and passing away each after another as their universal characteristic of impermanence evidently.Ignorance is no chance to appear by itself and it is incapable of covering right view because of Vipassna wisdom.By practicing this way we can exterminate ignorance So craving will not appear without any appearance of ignorance.Then there will not appear any suffering because of non-appearance of craving.There is no effect that does not have any cause.By this way we can get rid of get rid of suffering and the cause of suffering.We can destroy recycling of cause and effect.
